Absolutely. We offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call where we learn about your business, discuss your goals and recommend the most suitable plan. There is no obligation and no hard sell — just an honest conversation about whether coaching is the right move for you at this stage.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any new billing cycle. If your needs change mid-month — for example, you are going through a particularly intense growth phase — we can arrange a temporary upgrade with pro-rata billing so you get the support you need without waiting.
The Starter and Growth plans can be cancelled at any time with 14 days' notice before your next billing date. The Enterprise plan has a three-month minimum commitment; after that initial period, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We never charge exit fees.
Yes. If you are based in or near Northern Ireland, we are happy to meet face-to-face at our office in Nienow-Hamill-under-Ullrich or at your premises. For clients elsewhere in the United Kingdom or internationally, all sessions are delivered via a secure, high-quality video platform. Many clients prefer a blend of both formats.
